Helmshore Mills Textile Museum is reopening on Saturday 26 May 2018 at 12 noon. The museum will be reopened by County Councillor Peter Buckley, Cabinet Member for Community and Cultural Services.

Nestling side by side in the quiet village of Helmshore in the stunning Rossendale Valley are two original Lancashire textile mills, Higher Mill and Whitaker’s Mill, together known as Helmshore Mills Textile Museum.
26 May - 27 July 2018 - Saturday 12noon - 4pm
From 27 July the museum will then open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12noon-4pm until 28 October 2018 and between Easter and the end of October 2019.
Outside of these public opening hours, schools are still welcome to book all learning sessions and pre-booked groups can be arranged for guided tours.
