The new Lancashire County Council website

This site has been created as a way to update and replace the current Lancashire County Council website without causing disruption to the services and information provided to citizens.

To do this, we are gradually adding services to this new site as they are ready.

Includes school information, childcare, fostering, adoption and our local offer.

Consumer advice

Consumer advice and help finding a reliable trader.


Includes information about our meetings, decisions, county councillors, planning and ways you can have your say.

Health and social care

Includes information on keeping healthy and finding the right adult social care services for your needs.

Jobs, employment and volunteering

Includes teacher vacancies, council jobs, volunteering and other routes into employment.

Leisure and culture

Includes cycling and walking routes, countryside events and discovering our county's museums.

Libraries and Archives

Includes finding a library, renewing your loans and accessing our archives.
